CONTRACT, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY: 

Orders will be accepted by Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd for delivery in New Zealand only and payment is to be made in New Zealand Currency (NZD). Any contact arising from this site is governed by the laws of New Zealand. 

 

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY: 

Products maybe added or removed from this site from time to time. While Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd does not accept liability for any loss arising, every effort will be made to keep this information accurate and up to date. 

Some products will be available in-store whilst other will need to be ordered in from the supplier.  Supplier stock availability will be dependent on what the supplier has available at the time of ordering. 

 

PRICING, ORDERS AND PAYMENT: 

All pricing is shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and inclusive of GST. The prices may increase and decrease from time to time. The prices shown at the time of purchase are the prices you will pay. You must pay by Credit or Debit, with Visa and Mastercard accepted for all transactions. If Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd is unable to deliver any items your credit or debit card will be credited with the full cost for that item. We are unable to accept Farmlands for online purchases. 

 

COOKIES: 

Some of the pages on this site use “Cookies” which are small files that the site places on your hard drive for identification purposes. These files are used for site registration and customization for the next time you visit us. Please note that cookies cannot read data from your hard drive. Your web browser may allow you to be notified when you are receiving a cookie, this gives you the option to accept it or not. If you do not accept cookies some of the pages may not function fully and you may not be able to access certain information on the site. 

DELIVERY AND COLLECTION: 

Delivery charges will vary within the North Island and South Island. This will be calculated for each order and Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd will determine the most cost-efficient method of delivering the goods in a timely manner. If the item exceeds the size or weight that the courier can take, we will notify you to organize the best option to deliver your goods.  

If you choose to collect your item from our store you must do so within 14 working days from the date of purchase. You will be notified by email that your order is ready for collection. If you are unable to collect your order within this time without prior notice Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd reserves the right to cancel your order and a refund will be credited to the card used to make the purchase, less any administration/restocking fees payable. 

If you feel your goods have not arrived in a good condition, please do contact our team, Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd is not responsible for loss or damage of goods that are delivered to an incorrect address. 

 

RISK: 

Goods are at our risk until delivered to you. 

 

RETURNS AND REFUNDS: 

Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd is happy to issue a refund or exchange on products within 14 days of purchase if you change your mind. *  

Providing that you bring the product back with: 

• A valid Invoice 
• The product is unused 
• It is in the original packaging and can be re-sealed 

• All included accessories  

Refunds can only be issued to the same card that made the purchase with a possible restocking/administration fee applied. 

Freight will not be refunded if you change your mind only if the product is wrong, any return freight will be at the customer’s expense. 

*Conditions apply to trade deals and no refund will be given on procured items, any and all refunds are made at Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd discretion. 

WARRANTIES: 

Here at Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd we strive to “See you right” and source the most suitable products for you to get the job done. Our warranties cover manufacturing defects it does not cover normal wear and tear as well as accident damage or mistreatment of the products. 

Warranties for Makita, HiKOKI and Milwaukee may only be valid if the tool is registered with the New Zealand importer< if you are unsure, please consult their respective websites for their warranty information. 

Tauranga ITM Building and Fencing Supplies Ltd will repair or replace goods that fail to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. 

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AN INDEMNITY 

To the extent permitted by the law, we exclude all liability to you or anyone else for loss or damage of any kind (however caused or arising) relating in any way to the website including, but not limited to loss or damage you might suffer as a result of: 

• You acting, or failing to act, on any information contained on or referred to on this website or linked websites. 
• Errors, mistakes or inaccuracies on this website. 
• Any unauthorized access to or use of the website secure servers. 
• Personal injury or property damage of any kind resulting from your access or use of the website. 

• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from this website.
